Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment without extra charges.
  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
  • Please do not cancel paid orders arbitrarily. Contact us first if you have any requests.

Refund Policy

  • All refund requests must be submitted via customer service with your order number and relevant evidence (photos/videos).
  • We do not support unreasonable returns or refunds due to personal preference.
  • Refunds will only be approved for missing parcel issues verified by our team.
  • Used, damaged, modified or incomplete items are not eligible for refund.
  • Processed within 24 hours, provided refund criteria are met.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • We offer returns and exchanges if you receive damaged or incorrect items.
  • If you receive defective, damaged, or item-not-as-described goods, feel free to contact us to file an after-sales complaint.
  • Please provide your order number, real-item photos and a description of the issue, and we will verify and resolve it promptly.
  • Once your complaint review is completed, we will arrange reshipment, replacement, or full/partial refund in accordance with our policies.
  • We reserve the right of final interpretation for all return and exchange regulations.

Warranty Terms & Claim

Warranty shall follow as stated by the Manufacturer, which you will find along or inside the product’s packaging. In general, it does not cover the following instances:

  • All products come with an official manufacturer warranty.
  • The warranty period varies by item type, starting from the date of order delivery.
  • Damage to equipment / accessory / part is or has been caused by accident, abuse, neglect, improper testing installation, adjustment, operation, maintenance, alteration or modification of any kind.
  • Caused by spillage of food or liquid hazard.
  • Damage caused by fire, flood, voltage fluctuation, faulty installation.
  • Damage caused by user error or fault, whether accidental or intentional.
  • All plastic surfaces and all other externally exposed areas that are scratched or damaged; this includes dents, cracks, chips, indentations etc.
  • Sticker / hologram sticker / warranty sticker on the merchandise has been defaced, removed or damaged. Warranty will be considered void.
  • Equipment must be sent to the designated and approved Service Centre. If sent to another service centre, the warranty will be considered void.
  • Leecomm does not cover the fees for replacement of damaged or over warranty products.

NOTE: Buyer will need to bear the returning postage and upon repaired Leecomm will need to bear the postage to ship back.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs, including standard and expedited delivery. Customers may also contact us to specify their preferred carrier.
  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • If payment is confirmed before 2:00 PM, we will ship your order on the same day.
  • Standard delivery takes approximately 3 to 4 business days.
  • Shipping fees are calculated based on your order weight, dimensions and destination.
  • The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  • COD service is available upon request by contacting our support.
  • Delivery time varies depending on the selected shipping method and order destination. After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

Delivery Issues

  • If your tracking status stops updating, please contact us for immediate checking.
  • We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect buyer shipping addresses or unreachable contact numbers.
  • For lost or missing parcels, we will launch an investigation with the courier team.
  • Delivery delays may occur due to peak seasons, weather conditions or courier operational issues.
